Abstract
At 11:55 on February 6, 2015, Minjun H. took a flight from Kimberley Airport, Johannesburg, South Africa, transferred via Hong Kong, and took Dragonair flight KA760 to Kunming. At 14:30, when Minjun H. arrived at Kunming Changshui International Airport entering through the green undeclared passage, customs officers seized a carton wrapped in transparent tape and blue carbon paper from a black suitcase carried by him. The carton contained endangered wildlife products tiger bone worth 480,000 yuan and weighing 7.63 kg. The court found the defendant Minjun H. guilty of smuggling of endangered wildlife products according to criminal law Art. 151 II.
