Abstract
On March 23, 2016, the Shangqiu Forest Public Security Bureau captured Chengcheng Z., who was suspected of purchasing or selling ivory products. According to Chengcheng Z.'s statement and related transaction records, investigators took Xun Z., Pengxiao X., Jianjing D., Xianchun L.,Guoqiang W., Chen W. being involved in the trading of Chengcheng Z.'s ivory products. Defendants Guoqiang W. and Chen W. knew that Defendant Xun Z. was illegally engaged in the purchase and sale of ivory products, and still assisted Xun Z. to engage in the processing of ivory products.
