Abstract
On around June 2018, when the defendant Qin H. was weeding on the edge of her rubber garden grounds, she saw someone put three cages on the ground, so she took them and a cobra in the cage home, and then she made an iron cage to hold the snake. Later, she often saw snakes in the area of XX, so she grabbed a few frogs as bait, and placed the three cages in the grass at XX, and caught a total of 6 live cobras. On September 10th of the same year, Qin H. sold two living cobras to two young people. Qin H. confessed to having illegally hunted and killed threatened and endangered wildlife species.
