Abstract
At 10 a.m. on November 22, 2014, defendant Sanping W. was caught by Huang when he poisoned wild birds by using poisonous rice at Lihe Village, Xiantao City. Xiantao City Public Security Bureau Jihe Police Station police received Huang' report and rushed to the scene, they arrested Sanping W., and seized 65 dead wild birds.
