Abstract

From 2012 to 2013, the defendant Tianxiang L. was entrusted by Li (separate case) to process 4 ivory products and charge a processing fee of RMB 10,000. During the period, Tianxiang L. also sold Deqi L. 2 ivory products for RMB 2000. In August 2013, the defendant Tianxiang L. introduced Chen Moufu (separate case) to purchase 3 sections of ivory from Chen Mouzhen (separate case handling), and then Chen Moufu mailed the ivory to Tianxiang. Tianxiang L. processed one section of ivory into a semi-finished sculpture for profit. In August 2013, the defendant Chen Moubin, purchased one section of ivory from others, and then passed the ivory to Tianxiang L. for processing. Tianxiang also handed over the ivory to Zhang Mouqi for processing into one ivory product, and paid the defendant Zhang Mouqi a processing fee of RMB 1,000.
