Abstract
At 15 o'clock on July 30, 2015, UMARGADZHIKURBANGADZHIEU did not declare, and brought three packages with him at the Suifenhe Highway Port of the People's Republic of China. At that time, he deliberately violated the relevant regulations, attempted to evade customs staff's inspection of the parcels he carried, and mixed in the group passengers to break through.
