Abstract

The defendant Wanguo L. together with Luo (handled separately) and Zhao (at fugitive) used electric hunting traps bought online without a hunting license on June 26, 2018 in Ningnan County and four wild boars and a fox were caught, with same method they killed two wild boars in the same place on June 28, 2018. They sold six wild boars and discarded the foxes. On April 6, 2019, Wanguo L. borrowed a nail gun from Luo to kill two Lady Amherst's Pheasants on the mountain opposite his home. Wanguo L. surrendered himself on September 29, 2019, persuaded by his family. Wanguo L. confessed to having illegally hunted wild animals during closed season.
