Abstract
At 19 o'clock on July 8, 2015, Li (handled separately), according to the Wen Z.'s instructions, carried two suitcases and took flight CZ392 (Dhaka-Guangzhou, Bangladesh) to the Guangzhou Baiyun Airport port. He chose the non-declaration channel to enter the country and did not declare anything to the customs. After inspection, the customs officers seized 259 turtles from the suitcase carried by Li. Wen Z. confessed to having smuggled endangered wildlife species.
