Abstract
The defendant Xinfeng Y. purchased wild animal products suspected of being ivory and rhino horn three times at Panjiayuan Market Market in Beijing and Dongyang Wood Carving City in Zhejiang Province from 2013 to 2014. On August 14, 2018, the police of Xianyou County Public Security Bureau seized 49 pieces of wild animal products such as ivory and rhino horn purchased by Yang Xinfeng at No. 186, Sanbandian, Jianshan Village, Duwei Town, Xianyou County. On December 30, 2018, the defendant Xinfeng Y. surrendered to Xianyou County Public Security Bureau and truthfully confessed his crime.
