Abstract
In mid-December 2016, the defendant Xinping N. found a nest of eagles at the "Zhongkeng" at the border of Shiyatan Village, Shishi Town, Yifeng County and Shanggao County, and purchased the bird catching tool and set it up in "Zhongkeng" for hunting. From December 21 to 22, 2016, Xinping N. packed the captured four eagles in foam plastic boxes and transported them through the Bus to Liuyang City, Hunan Province for sale, and they were seized by the forest police. Xinping N. confessed to having illegally hunted threatened and endangered wildlife species.
