Abstract
On October 23, 2018 (prohibition period), without obtaining a hunting license, the defendants Du, Wang 1, Wang 2, Xu, Yu rode a white off-road vehicle drived by Yu to apricot woodland in Houliang Mountain, XX District, Chifeng City, and hunted and caught 2 hares with a net.
