Abstract

At 9 o'clock on December 15, 2018, knowing that the items in the two packages may be prohibited by the state, Yuqing H. handled the consignment procedures for the two packages in the Wenhai Freight Information Department of Ruili City, and the consignment was shipped to Anguo City, Hebei Province with a pay fee of 1650 yuan. The cargo of the freight department was loaded on a truck and transported from Ruili to Kunming. At 2:40 on December 18, 2018, when passing the Mangyan border checkpoint in Baoshan City, police seized two parcels containing pangolin scales consigned by Yuqing H. from the truck, whose net weight was 63.58 kg.
