Abstract
On July 6, 2017, the defendant Zerenluobu purchased more than 800 kilograms of dried antlers near Yaqing Temple in Baiyu County and prepared to ship them to Yushu in Qinghai Province for profit. At around 3 am on July 7, 2017, he was blocked by the staff of Xinlong County Environmental Protection and Forestry Bureau on the spot at the Yinduo Township Checkpoint. A total of 303 suspected antlers were seized from the rear seats and tail box of the vehicle. Zerenluobu confessed to having illegally transported threatened and endangered wildlife products.
