Abstract
The defendant Zheng operated a handicraft shop on the first floor of Moon Bay Hotel in Xinghualing District of this city. In January 2014, the defendant Zheng purchased an ivory Guanyin product from Ahui (not found); in March of the same year, he purchased an ivory Guanyin product and an ivory Buddha product from Ahui; in November of the same year, he purchased a rhino horn product. The defendant Zheng put the above ivory products and rhino horn products in the store for sale. On November 13, 2014, the public security organ captured the defendant and seized the above three ivory products and one rhino horn product from his shop.
