Abstract
In mid-November 2015, while the appellants Danba and Yixi were grazing for the herds, Danba proposed to place iron clips to hunt the blue sheep. Yixi agreed and handed his own iron clip to Danba. Danba installed both iron clips in the "Qudi" area, and demonstrated the use of the iron clip to Yixi. Later Danba kept the sheep alone, and the blue sheep captured by the two iron clips were killed by Yixi. In this way, the two hunted a total of five blue sheep. Danba and Yixi confessed to having illegally hunted threatened and endangered wildlife species.
