Abstract
The defendants Gao Dechun and Lin Youxin used an air gun to kill a Himalayan Goral in Jiabuzu Village, Sawajiao Township at the end of December 2017, and after peeling them, split them and took them home to eat. On the evening of January 8, 2018, when the second defendant went to Sawajiao again to look for prey, the defendant Gao Dechun was blocked by the local villagers and the defendant Lin Youxin surrendered to the public security organ on January 9 of the same year. The second defendant truthfully confessed the above facts. Dechun G. and Youxin L. confessed to having illegally catched or killed precious and endangered species of wildlife.
