During April and May 2016, Jincai M. purchased the red deer horns from the Karasu Township and Gahaulastai Township Market in Nilek County without administrative approval procedures and stored them in their homes, totaling 43.8 kg. Later, Jincai M. contacted Jianhua M. by phone, and on the morning of June 6, 2016, the illegally purchased wildlife horns were sold to Jianhua M. and Lin M. at a price of 7,200 yuan. Jincai M. put them on Lin M.'s truck covered with sheepskin. Lin M.and Jianhua M. transported the horns back to Yining County and were seized by the Subutai Checkpoint in Nileke County. Lin M., Jianhua M. confessed to having illegally purchased threatened and endangered wildlife species, and Jincai M. confessed to having illegally purchased and sold threatened and endangered wildlife species.
