Abstract
1. In November 2015, Ma Jinlei used a trap to capture an iguana. Sell the meat of the antelope to Sun Mou and Shao Mou 1 and charge Shao 1 RMB 3000. 2. In May 2016, Ma Jinlei used a wire loop to capture an iguana. According to Wang, Ma Jinlei sold it to Li for more than RMB 6,000. In June 2016, Ma Jinlei found a dead iguana in the mountain farm of Yongjia County. The defendant Ma Jinlei dismembered it and placed it in the freezer at home. On the 23rd, the frozen body of the iguana was seized by the public security organ. Jinlei M. confessed to having illegally caught or killed precious and endangered species of wildlife.
