Abstract

On May 25, 2017, the defendants Qing M. and Aisa M. were premeditated and brought tools such as guns, daggers, and axes and drove vehicles to Shengge Township, Tianjun County, Qinghai Province, using shooting methods to hunt and kill 4 wild animals . From October to November 2016, Qing M. hunted and killed two wild animals at the Mohe Livestock Ranch in Wulan County, Qinghai Province by laying clips. In April 2017, the defendant Chenglin Z. purchased a suspected wild ass leg from Qing M. at a price of 600 yuan for consumption. Qing M. and Aisa M. confessed to having illegally hunted and killed endangered wildlife, and Chenglin Z. confessed to having illegally purchased endangered wildlife products.
