Abstract

In March 2005, Shengyi H. and Wuhai (sentenced) agreed that they should separately recruit, fund, and form a group to enter the Kekexili National Nature Reserve to hunt Tibetan antelopes. On July 16 of the same year, Shengyi H., Qishan W. and Yude (sentenced) were in a group. They took a white jeep and carried a small-caliber semi-automatic rifle, bullets, daggers and other criminal tools. Quange J., Wuhai And Yulong (sentenced) were in a group. A total of six people in the two groups infiltrated and hunted in Kekexili and killed 51 wild antelopes. Wuhai and Yulong were caught by the public security organ when they drove to Geermu City. Later, Shengyi H., Qishan W. and Quange J. escaped. On March 30, 2016, the public security organ captured Shengyi H. in Zamalong Village. On June 12, 2016, Qishan W. was captured in Dulanhe Village. On July 4, 2016, Quange J. surrendered to Forest Public Security Bureau. Shengyi H., Qishan W. and Quange J. confessed to having illegally hunted and killed threatened and endangered wildlife species.
