Abstract
On July 14, 2014, Xiaotian Y. and Yajun W. illegally hunted 12 Eurasian Hobbies in a forest in Tulou Village, Gaozhuang Township, Hui County. On July 27, 2014, Xiaotian Y. and Yajun W. illegally hunted 2 Eurasian Hobbies and 2 Faconidae birds in the same forest. On July 18, 2014, Xiaotian Y., Yajun W. sold 7 of them to Zhengzhou City, and sold 1 of them to the defendant Yun at a price of 150 yuan. On July 26, 2014, Xiaotian Y. purchased one Crested Goshawk from Zhang through the Internet in the name of his QQ net name "Rabbit". Yajun W. and Yun confessed to having illegally purchased endangered wildlife species, Xiaotian Y., Yajun W. confessed to having illegally hunted threatened and endangered wildlife species.
