Abstract
From April 2018 to April 2019, the defendant Hongming S. went to the mountain on the east side of the big slope behind the back of Luxi County four times, using a buckle (rope) to set traps and a small record player (recorder) to lure pheasants. In this way, four pheasants were illegally hunted by him. On April 27, 2019, the public security police seized a pheasant fur product, 2 dead pheasants and 6 pheasants alive in the Hongming S.'s home. Hongming S. confessed to have illegally hunted and killed endangered wildlife.
