Abstract
One day in January 2018, the defendant Jun L. went to the mountain in the south of Laoyanye Station, Zhuangke Village Committee, Qianchang Town, Yao'an County, and killed a pheasant with a nail gun. On a noon in March 2018, Jun L. went to the junction of the Zhuangke Village Committee of Qianchang Town, Yao'an County and Dayao County, kill a pheasant and stored the meat in the refrigerator. Jun L. confessed to have illegally hunted and killed endangered wildlife.
