Abstract

On December 22, 2017, the defendant Lianshe T. found that the wheat seedlings had signs of being eaten by animals in the wheat field. On December 23, 2017, Lianshe T. mixed phosphorus pesticides and four to five kilograms of corn in plastic bags in his home. At about 3 pm on December 24, Lianshe T. rode a three-wheel electric vehicle into the contracted wheat field, and scattered poisoned corn grains in the field, resulting in 18 swans' death. Lianshe T. confessed to have illegally hunted and killed endangered wildlife.
