Abstract
On November 07, 2016 at 3:00pm, Amadi Adamou was found in possession of two ivory tusks cut into six pieces following an information provided to the brigade of Mitzic by MOUKAGNI MOUSSAVOU and Mrs OYE N’NANG both agents of Conservation Justice. Concerning the origin of the tusks, Amadi declared that he has acquired them from Djibril Abdoulaye who contacted a hunter named Tata. During the investigation, Diala Ousseni was found living in Gabon without a resident permit same as Djibril Abdoulaye who are respectively from Chad and Niger.
