Abstract
In December 2019, at Mekambo in Ogooué-Ivindo a joint mission of ANPN and counter-intelligence and military security agents of Makokou was carried out following an information related to the possession of two ivory tusks by MANGOKE MAMBO Robert and ETEMALONGO Frédérick at Ilounene village. When they saw the enforcement agents Mangoke and Etemalongo gave back the tusks to the chief of village. During their interrogation, ETEMALONGO declared that they collected the tusks during a hunting expedition and kept them for intention without any intention to sell those. MANGOKE declared to have helped his brother Etemalongo transport the tusks from the forest to the village.
