In other hand Ozengue Mbindo and Dikoteke Alain were sentenced to 12 months firm imprisonment and to pay XAF 150000 (one hundred fifty thousand) as fines in solidarity. The Public Prosecutor’s confirms the deposit of warrant established on April, 09, 2018. The accused were sentenced to pay XAF 200000 (two hundred thousand) as damages and interest. The accused were sentenced to pay the costs. The imprisonment per body was fixed to 8 months for the recovery of fines, 2 months for court fees and 8 months for damages and interest.
