Abstract
During the year 2014, Metsio Paul Bienvenu got his picture taken in the forest in possession of a war weapon in his hands. It’s in these circumstances that rangers in the exercise of their mission have become aware of the picture and arrested the above named and brought him to the state prosecutor.

Metsio Paul Bienvenu was sentenced to one year imprisonment and to pay fines of XAF 100,000 (one hundred thousand) each and to pay court fees. The imprisonment term was suspended. Imprisonment in default of payment was fixed to its maximum. No damage because the State of Congo did not file a civil claim.
