Abstract
In April 2016, Touel Giscard found himself in possession of a war weapon at the village Bolozo. Folloxing information received by the police of Ngbala he was arrested and transferred to Ouesso and then brought to the state prosecutor. Touel Giscard admitted the facts (i.e. been in possession of a war weapon that was given to him by friends including one known as Willy to keep in preparation of a big hunting expedition).

Penalty
Touel Giscard was sentenced to one year imprisonment and to pay fines of XAF 100,000 (one hundred thousand) each and to pay court fees. The imprisonment term was suspended. Imprisonment in default of payment was fixed to its minimum. No damage because the State of Congo did not file a civil claim.
