Abstract
On 11th January 2017, after a meticulous preparation, Imbembe Durnel a hunter and Bolouma Franck, Kiba Niamino Ulrich, Mandombo Chanel as carriers went to the forest for an elephant hunting expedition with a war weapon (type PMK), a rifle and two loaders. On 12th January 2017, the encountered a big elephant on which Imbembe Durnel opened the fire and realizing the animal did not fall decided to run after him. Few moments later, Kiba and others heard other gun shots then silence. When the came close to the place where the gun shots were heard, they discovered the alive body of Imbembe killed by the elephant.
