Abstract

In April 2018, during a search at the Ouesso seaport the police agents have discovered in the backpack of Bale Olive four ivory tusks pieces and two small full ivory tusks. During her interrogation, she declared that she was not aware of the ivory tusks that belonged to her boyfriend Mohamed who is resident in Pokola. She was then put under custody and then brought before the state prosecutor who forwarded her to court for trial.
