In August 2015, Doum David accompanied by his brother Mekozi and his hunter Yombi seeked the services of Mebien Martin as guide during a big hunting expedition with a war weapon (type PMAK). Doum David was arrested by WWF funded services, recognized the facts and was brought to the gendarmerie in Sembe. Prior to that, following a big hunting expedition organized by Doum David known as ”Tresor” during which an elephant carrying one tusk was killed, Gokananga Bola Alfred kept the war weapon given to him by Doum David. After that, Mokar Guy knowing that Doum David was being kept at the Ouesso prison, went to get back the weapon pretending his was the owner. Gokananga Bola Alfred was then arrested by services funded by WWF and brought to the gendarmerie of Sembe. Douma and Gokananga were brought before the state prosecutor and then to court for trial.
