Abstract
On January 28, 2014, Ngoma Mananga Goudrey a soldier in service at the Defense Military Zone No 05 was approached by Kindolo Sabin who solicited the purchase of ammunitions declaring that he is in possession of one war weapon a PMAK that he has left in a village with his friend. Ngoma then informed his hierarchy who arrested Kindolo Sabin and brought him to the territorial gendarmerie of Ouesso.
