Abstract

In March 2011, Poup Maxime accepted to keep one war weapon type PMK given by his elder brother Moth Mann Nico who was going to Gabon. Sometimes later, one known as Ebam Ebipissi came to ask the weapon to him saying that he was commissioned by Moth Mann Nico. Later, they heard him shooting in the air with the gun.
