Abstract
During the year 2016, the police of the Sembe district decided to open an investigation following the reception of an anonymous and credible information on the presence of one war weapon in the hands of civilians. It is in these conditions that that they arrested Efoute Sama who them to the residence of Nadidi Arnaud who was in possession of the said weapon, and then to Beza George and Namedoum Ulrich. All were brought before the state prosecutor who sent them to court for trial.

The execution of imprisonment term of Beza George, Namedoum Ulrich was suspended. Imprisonment in default of payment was fixed to its minimum.
