Abstract
In January 2017, after having killed an elephant with a war weapon, Ebam Arly Garcia, Okoumoungueke Dzanaboni, Ekondza Ngolo Jean decided to meet in Ouesso in a hotel with one known as Jean Claude in possession of elephant trophies without administrative authorization. They were caught red handed by gendarmerie and water and forests services, arrested and brought to the state prosecutor and then to court for trial.
