Abstract

Diazomoua Carliche is a baker who used to deliver bread in villages. One day in September 2016 while he has doing his delivery he came across one small abandoned by the road side he took the bag and discovered that it was containing one war weapon type PMK and 103 (one hundred and three) bullets. He hid them somewhere. One week later on his way back to Ouesso he is caught by rangers who found him in possession of the PMK and 103 (one hundred and three) bullets hidden inside his jacket.
