Abstract
In January 2018, Kwenen Freddy was in possession of war ammunition as a security for his claim. With the approval of his debtor, he went to Moloundou (a border town in Cameroon) to sell those ammunition. Unfortunately he was arrested and brought before the state prosecutor.

Kwenen Freddy was sentenced to six months imprisonment and to pay fines of XAF 100,000 (one hundred thousand) as fines and to pay court fees. The imprisonment term was suspended. Imprisonment in default of payment was fixed to its minimum. No damage because the State of Congo did not file a civil claim.
