Abstract
In July 2016, Ndong Jaurel ordered war ammunition type PMK to his brother Zamora for purchase in Brazzaville. In the same month after having received the ammunition he went to Pounga and after having disembarked on the side in Cameroon overnight he met a ranger checkpoint and throw the suspected parcel in the bush. It’s only few days later that he is arrested.
