Abstract

In December 2014, Oyet Oloko Paul Junior went to visit his brother-in-law. After a misunderstanding due to alcohol, Oyet Oloko Paul Junior assaulted his in-law and promised to kill him with a PMAK weapon possessed by Okoue Ngombe Fernand who received it from Mouapoko Adèle for poaching.
