Abstract

On December 23, 2018, Ozembe Patrick Jutraque, together with his friends Eric and Werra, surreptitiously entered the Lefini reserve, not far from the village of Mpoh, armed with firearms. Being there, they slaughtered an elephant, and after having subtracted the trophies, they erected a smoking room near the Mirador to preserve the meat of the pachyderm. However flushed out by residents Eric and Werra went to Brazzaville to sell the product, Ozembe was caught up by the brigade services.

The imprisonment in default of payment was fixed to the 2 months for the recovery of costs and 3 months for damages and interest.
