Abstract
In November 2020, police services arrested Moth-Megone Genel, Ngando Jean and Tagnaningieu Blaise while they were circulating in Ouesso in order to meet somebody who will buy ivory tusks they were transporting. The investigation revealed that the owner of the tusks was Tagnaningieu Blaise, Ngando Jean been the middleman and Moth-Megone Genel the driver of the taxi used to transport the products.
