Abstract

During May 2020, Ndollo Gervais had received a 'Mobile Money' of XAF 1,200,000 from a person he did not really know in order to buy him ivory points. he bought 18kg of ivory tips for XAF 600,000 and 2 cases of smoked fish to hide the ivories. Then he instructed Makounou Brice Roselin to smuggle these ivories from Minganga to Pokola on Saturday, June 13, 2020.

The accused were sentenced to pay as damages and interest XAF 1500000 (one million five hundred thousand) jointly. The accused were sentenced to pay the costs. The imprisonment in default of payment was fixed to the minimum.
