NASSEL Innocent, who had hunted in the past with a 458 gun left by his late father, had become a farmer after apologising for what he had done. On 18 August 2020, he received at his house a man called ADANGAHUYA, also from Souanké and living in Brazaville, and told him that he had brought ammunition for the big hunt. The next day, at around 7pm, he appeared with the ammunition in a bag containing 27 loaders and offered him seven loaders if he could find buyers. As a middleman, he agreed to take four loaders. A few minutes later, the police broke into his house and after a systematic search of his house, he voluntarily handed over the four loaders. He was arrested and taken to the police station where he admitted the facts.
