Abstract
In June 2013, EYOSSE Guy et NGATSE Gervais went to NDOKI to carry out a big hunting expedition. While there and armed with a PMAK-type war weapon and 15 bullets, the aforementioned subjects went to the forest and shot an elephant. It’s in these circumstances that EYOSSE Guy was brought by police agents to the Kabo police station and then to the State prosecutor.
