Lolinga Maurice and Yombi Elvis were sentenced to 24 months firm imprisonment each and XAF 2000000 (two million) as fines each and to pay as damages and interest XAF 500000 (five hundred thousand) jointly. An arrest warrant was established against them. Eyana Fernand and Engossa Simplice were sentenced to 12 months firm imprisonment each and XAF 1000000 (one million) as fines each. Costs: XAF 400000. Lolinga Maurice and Yombi Elvis: XAF 150000 each Eyana Fernand and Engossa Simplice: XAF 50000 each The imprisonment in default of payment was fixed to one month for the recovery of fines, fifteen days for court fees and three months for the recovery of damages and interest.
