Abstract

In order to solve some financial difficulties, ESSOUKETE KAMBA Hermann, owner of a calibre rifle type BAIKAN and a machine gun type PMAK and together with his police counterpart AMBOULOU Bienvenu, organised a hunting party in the MOKANGA forest, IBAMBA zone, where an elephant was killed. Judging the result insufficient, he sent his companion back to the village to get food while he continued to hunt. He was then caught by the eco-guards on their daily duties and could not justify himself.
