Abstract

In October 2000, Bandzani Landry Blaise working at Congolaise Industrielle des Bois,provided Itona Eric Brice with a type PMAK war weapon and asked him to kill an elephant and remove the ivory tusks for trade later on. Itona Eric together with Enguele Jean Parfait and Medjo Alfred went to the forest where Itona killed an elephant on October 17, 2000 at around 6:00pm.
