On 08 August 2020, Dobo Dominique went to hunt. After few kilometres he discovered an elephant that has been killed but still having his two ivory tusks. We went back to the village to take an axe with which he cut the two tusks into four pieces weighing 3 kg each for a total of around 13 kg. He went back with the products in the village and kept them for two weeks. On August 09, he concluded the transaction with a client and went to collect the ivory and also looked for giant pangolin scales that the said clients was also interested to buy. On his way to collect the pangolin scales at Ngoyi Bébert's house he was caught by the police following a routine control. The police search one bag and found 22 kg of pangolin scales in his possession.
