Abstract

In June 2014, the Itan Guy, Deguemel Anicet, Biloa Cyr, Zoniaba Armand, wildlife and biodiversity conservation officers of the same patrol unit, arrested a hunter ”used” by Dida Jean Fernand. When he saw that his hunter was targeted by the conservation and police agents Dida went to hide the gun in the forest before coming back to inquire on the situation of his hunter. Dida was subsequently arrested following denunciation from his hunter and he admitted been in possession of a war arm type SKS that he presented to the judicial police officers.
